Terminus Circuits is a Bangalore based semiconductor IP company with deep expertise in high speed serial links and protocol based interface IPs. We design, develop, siliconize, validate and deliver SerDes, PHY for PCIe, USB, MIPI, Ethernet and associated analog IP (PLLs, biasing subsystems) as part of our IP licensing. All these IPs have been constantly upgraded to new/upcoming standards from specifications to ASIC.
Over the years we have built the competency of test-chip developments for our 50+ IPs in our multiple Tape Outs in the major foundries (TSMC, Samsung & GF) across the technology nodes ranging from bulk silicon to FinFet Nodes. Our team combines seasoned analog and digital engineers, silicon bring up specialists and system architects who have supported multiple successful tape outs and customer deployments across data center, storage, networking, AI/ML edge and mobile markets. We provide end to end support — IP customization, integration guides, verification suites, models (IBIS AMI, timing libraries), and on site/off shore integration and silicon support.
In the process of silicon validation of our IPs we have knowledge & rapport built with various controller partners FCBGA packaging houses, Board developers, characterization labs and also participated in the workgroups of the PCIe-SIG, USB.org and IEEE.
